I loved " Cry of the Gypsy". The interesting part is that I am usually not a fan of rock. I was listening to it and had co-workers stopping by my desk asking me what I who was playing that awesome sound. They were getting into it. Evidenced by the way their heads were banging as they walked away.

I am in awe of the music I just heard. I have just let my students listen to it as well. They loved it as much as I did. My favorite is appearing to be I Remember You. And, I am so excited that I can actually say, I know you and I remember you. You have talent that most only dream of. Thank you for sharing you talents with all of those who know you and even those who don’t. I truly believe you “have played your heart out” on this one. LOVED IT!!!!! Can’t wait to get my copy.

Refreshing to see someone doing their own thing out there, as opposed to all the junk people produce musically. Love your use of artificial harmonics. Can't wait to see what's coing out next!

Liked "It's Not About Love", "Forbidden" and "Feels Like a Mover". I am listening to "Snake Bit" as am writing. You must have spent a lot of years perfecting this skill. You play very well.

John,

The sound tracks I have listened to are absolutely fantabulous!!!!!! I can’t wait to get my copy so that I can hear the entire soundtrack. Snake Bit is absolutely off the chain. Keep up the good work. Would love to hear you do some Christmas songs as well. Please let more music roll out rather than just one a year. You are to good not to put out more than that.

Thanks, John. You are an inspiration to all musicians everywhere.

John,

Congratulations on a job well done. Not too many artists can say they have been involved in the production of every aspect of their CD. John is one of the very few who have imagined, developed and completed each piece of his own work. I have been lucky enough to have listened to both of John's CDs from start to finish many times.

His latest CD Marshall Law is even better than his last. I like all of his songs, Its not about Love, is my favorite. I think the only thing better than listening to his CDs would be to hear him play live. Maybe I will get lucky enough someday. Keep up the good work John.

Marshall Law Review: John Davis' Gypsy Blues and Marshall Law CDs are a great tribute to man and guitar. It's a powerful demonstration of using today's technology in creating full band sounds.
